FSFCN Prayer Tips

Many people agree there are four basic steps of prayer:

Praise                     This is a time of honoring, glorifying and celebrating  our Savior.

 Confession:         Following a time of praise God often reveals areas in our life that are not pleasing to Him.  This affords an opportunity to confess our weakness to Jesus.

 Thanksgiving:     At this point we joyfully offer thanks to God for answered prayer and the active roll he takes in our lives.

 Intercession:       During this portion of our prayer time, we come to God interceding on behalf of all those on our Prayer list.

 Prayer makes a difference.  That’s why I’m asking you to please pray for your life, your Church and your family.  Ask others to pray.  Gather a prayer team from among your friends, your co-workers and your neighbors.  Begin to gather and pray for each others needs.  I believe God will give us all creative ideas on how best to represent His truths.  He will help our hearts to be open and schedules to be cleared.  Let’s pray for everyone  involved in our lives, from work associates, long time friends, fellow church members to our closes family members.
